United Games Hungary
The aim of our festival is, to show people, that after the high-season in the tourism, we can also travel, change, get to know new culutres. In Hungary after summer we don’t have big numbers in visitors, normally just a few. We have touristic markets just on Spring, that is why we decided, to show people Eruope, when they do not have so much opportunities to learn about new cultures, habits, folklores. The participant countries will have the chance during the Intercultural Day to show people their own language, culture, specialities through dances, songs, traditional clothes, brochures, short movies, drinks and food.

Through the peer-to-peer education, we are visiting highschools to teach some interesting informations about the EU, teach them some UG games, to show them the UG’s colorful culture.
On the second day, 13. November, on Thursday, we are going to highschools, where we are having intercultural workshops, like peer-to-peer education. Everybody will present their country somehow, have games, and speak about the EU.
Travels:
Ticket: Vienna-Mosonmagyaróvár-Győr-Veszprém
They have to buy a ticket through Mosonmagyaróvár (because after this town will come Kimle, but they have to choose a train, which will stop in Kimle, as some international ones just go forward.)till Veszprém, They have to get off from the train in Kimle( which is the station next to Károlyháza). We will pick up everybody there, and we will continue the trip on Friday to Veszprém. From Veszprém, they will have a choice to rent a bicycle, or travel by bus to Balatonfűzfő, to our terminal point. It means, they have to pay for the travel to Hungary, the travel to Balatonfűzfő. The bus costs about less then 1 euro and to rent a bicycle means approximately 5 euros.
